    Books of your childhood

    I read this growing up too - living in Nova Scotia it was considered mandatory!! Her Emily series (Emily of New Moon, Emily's Quest, and Emily Climbs) are excellent, as well as Pat of Silver Bush and Jane of Lantern Hill. :D

    What are you reading - May/June?

    Stick with Mrs. Dalloway - it's worth it.......:D BTW, I'm almost finished Lewis Percy by Anita Brookner. She can make loneliness so elegant. After that, Brief Lives by the same author. I'm on something of a Brookner kick.......

    Yann Martel: Life of Pi

    My book club did this book this year and quite enjoyed it. I found myself fascinated by the day-to-day details of his survival.
