    How could I forget Dune??? I first saw the David Lynch film adaption before reading the book, which is of course very different.

    Jesus, Nyse, I've gotta admire your blind convictions. You're not actually listening to or understanding the flaws that some people have kindly pointed out to your ideology. Rape and murder etc will occur in any society whether there are laws or not. You're not quite grasping that fact...

    Yes the whole clown thing is a bit freaky! The way it terrorises each of the children one by one when they're on their own...

    I haven't been scared by a book since I was a kid, but Stephen King's IT unnerved me at the time, as did Dean Zoontz's Phantoms.
