    He has three books and they are all really funny :) Round Ireland With a Fridge Playing the Moldovans at Tennis One Hit Wonderland. He is a great comic and that translates very well into his books, if you are a fan of his stand-up stuff then you will like these ramblings. Phil

    From what I've read in 'the press', her character gets killed in it, so it might be worth it just for the amusement factor ... but then again horror films have never been my thing really. Phil :)

    Definately check out 'Round Ireland with a Fridge' by Tony Hawks, its a really funny enjoyable read :) Other than that, I think McCarthys Bar is a book in that same vein, although I havnt read it. Phil :)

    Do you have these in your country?

    We have a huge car boot sale at the Farm next door to us, every Sunda morning at about 5am they start rolling up in their big vans ... its only a two minute walk but I havnt even checked it out yet, not really my thing. Luckily, being fairly used to the background noise, it doesnt disturb us...

    Yeah we had the same thing happen to us when we living in Reading, someone smashed the petrol cap off and siphoned out the petrol (our fault for leaving it on the street when we went on holiday, I suppose) ... we found the mangled cap in a hedge about 20m down the road, luckily the nice people...
