Hit someone meaning punch them??
Although opposites attract Hermione and Ron are just plainly to obvious to be together. Maybe, Ron and Hermione do go out and then have a falling out. This leaves Harry torn between his friends and so he feels isolated. This makes him easy prey for...
so who is our new defense against the dark arts professor, it seems that Umbridge will not be returning to Hogwarts, pity she will be missed greatly. I wonder if Rowling will continue with her everfamous trend of having the new character be the teacher. But if that is so, there are many...
On J.K Rowling's website jkrowling.com there is a poll for the next question that she will answer; one of the choices is will Ron ever be with a girl.
That to me is like asking for a no with Hermione. Why else would she put that question up unless she knew that she would make people...
I am not saying that he got off lightly, merely saying that he has yet to be the object an attack is dirrected at from a Death Eater or Voldermort. Ron has only been accidentally hurt by Sirrius Black and wacked by a chess piece.
Interesting theory, but when Harry looked in the Mirror of Erised he saw his whole family, the Potter side included so not only does Harry resemble James, but the Mirrror sortta confirms that they are related.
Maybe when Petunia looks at Harry and sees Lily's eyes she is reminded of Lily...
I think it will be Ron. Hermione has been hurt badly when she was stunned in book 2. Harry has been hurt numerous times. But, Ron has only been "threatened" by Sirrius Black and bitten by snuffles. He has never, yet, been put into dangers way by an acutal enemy out to hurt him.
I think that it might be Professor Snape.
another question: What did Snape do to earn Dumbledore's trust?
And yes I do think that Harry survives, I am an optimistic person! and they were originally children's books right?
Who do you think will be killed off in the 6th book?
I remember reading that there is going to be a new minister of magic in the 6th book. Is there just reelections? Possibly Fudge is voted out (vote of no confidence)? Or is the minister of magic a lifelong duty and that means Fudge will die? Any thoughts on how the change of power takes place...
Thats interesting, maybe another look into the thingy that Dumbledore and Snape both have which show your memories, i forget what its called. Maybe Dumbledore has a copy of the letter which was left on the doorstep with Harry. I would like to know what else was written in that letter. I wonder...
J.K. Rowling said on her website that she will kill off more characters, so who do you think will be next? And who will kill them?
There is actually a poll about this running off of Mugglenet.com http://news.bbc.co.uk/cbbcnews/hi/vote/votes/newsid_3945000/3945667.stm
In OFTP Voldermort says
any ideas as to what the magic Dumbledore used to protect Harry? and why when Aunt Petunia got the Howler reminding her of that duty, she was so frightened?
Speaking of Snape, in GOF, pg 720
Does anyone have any ideas as to what Dumbledore asked him to do? I thought at first that Snape had attempted to return as a loyal but not really loyal death eater and resume spying but then when the school term begins, Snape is still teaching in OOTP so I...
Snape is too single minded to see past Harry's father when he looks at Harry. When James and Snape were at school, James was popular and everyone paid attention to him, he was the Gryffindor's seeker and won the cup at least once to be in the "Hall of Fame" thingy that Hermione showed him. So in...
I agree, the books are developing the characters so much more as they go on that you can sometimes anticipate what will be said, i really like that. instead of redeveloping the characters as the series goes on like some books do, they further enhance the characters. the more recent books also...
