You can upload your pictures to a free image hosting site and show them off that way. I tend to use http://www.imageshack.us/ but I know a lot of people prefer to use http://photobucket.com/ :)
I love everyones pictures! If I can persuade my parents to let me borrow their digital camera (yet...
I haven't heard of them before, but I just noticed that The Stone Pilot (part of the series) is one of the £1 World Book Day books. Since I have 4 of the £1 tokens I might get it. :)
The World Book Day site recommends The Stone Pilot for ages 10+, but I never pay attention to that kind of...
I tend to group mine together by author and series then separate them into groups. I keep my non-fiction and fiction apart (unless it overlaps with authors and subjects) and divide the fiction up into genre and subject matter (ie vampire books, detective books). Then of course it just goes by...
Some people might say thats what I am, but really I just want to read different things and see what there is out there. If someone recommends something I'm likely to keep an eye out for it, but when I read I do absorb most of what I read (unless it's boring).
I can be quite protective of my...
I've only read 3 in the last month, which is very bad for me. I've got exams coming up and way too much homework. :o
The Acid House - Irvine Welsh
Falling Leaves - Adeline Yen Mah
Autobiography of a Geisha - Sayo Masuda (just finishing it right now)
I will try to read more next month...
I never got to do my work experience because when I moved schools the school I was moving to had just finished doing it and the school I came from wasn't doing it for a month or so. I really wish I'd been given the chance to do it since now I'm considering a part time job I don't know what I'd...
My currently planned next 5 are
1. The Wing Singer - William Nicholson
2. Slaves of the Mastery - William Nicholson
3. Catch 22 - Joseph Heller
4. One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest - Ken Kesey
5. Wild Swans - Jung Chang
That could all change by the weekend though (going book shopping). :)
I'm not familiar with the book, but from your author information maybe you should check this list on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spy_fiction#Prominent_writers_of_spy_fiction
Might help a little, but I really don't know.
I really like to keep track of the books I've read/bought to read, but if I ever lost one of my books that I write in I want something as backup... so I just registered on Library Thing and discovered this. As a free user you can only have an online "library" of 200 books. Now, for me it would...
Being of the highschool age myself I'd say... Anything! :D
Seriously, age shouldn't be a factor in choosing what books you want to read. If something appeals to you, go for it.
While out getting a few last minute Valentines Day gifts for my boyfriend, I got myself one book. :)
Autobiography of a Geisha - Sayo Masuda
Only £2.97 new! :D
Oh, I loved Out! I'd definately recommend reading that one as soon as you can. Out of the others I've also read Norwegian Wood and Memoirs of a Geisha, and they are also good books. :)
Murder mysteries... Ian Rankin? Although thats more the detective side and usually less graphic than...
Does a trilogy count if it's all in the same book? If it does mine would be The Lord Of The Rings trilogy. It got a bit boring, but I stuck with it until the end. I have Anne Rice's The Witching Hour in my TBR pile, which I think is a bit longer though...
I currently have over 100 on my list and about... 20-30 more in my room waiting to be read. I'm in the process of rewriting my list to include entire series' by many authors. I'm not going to start trying to type my list out. :p
