    4 to 10 days on average for a book less than 400 pages, but that includes downtime. The fastest I've ever read a book was 2 days and it was about 250 pages.

    Actually, those are the titles of two of his books of short stories. "We don't live here anymore" was made into a movie. I own Adultery and other Choices, but haven't read it. Maybe I will now.:)

    See, I just can't buy used books online. I don't trust what the sellers' opinion is of "fair" or whatnot. I buy used books, but not if they're all jacked up.
