    How much reading time?

not enough, about an hour on the bus, then two fifteen minutes breaks, and a half hour lunch if I'm reading a good book. It took me a week to finish my last book, and I"m a fast reader.

    Vladimir Nabokov: Lolita

Yeah that's it. I just think the cover is beautiful. The saddle shoes are perfect. My local bookstore doesn't have the version, but I'm sure they could order it from me. As Lolita is one of my all time favourite books, I am being a little picky about which version I buy.

Ann-Marie MacDonald: The Way The Crow Flies

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I think I might actually end up having to buy it, I got it from the library, but I think it will be a re-read, plus the trade paper is quite nice, and I'd like to own it.

Sue Monk Kidd: The Secret Life Of Bees

I really want to read The Mermaid Chair, but the library has like 50 holds on it and it's too expensive to buy right now. I shall wait. I don't wait well.

Sue Monk Kidd: The Secret Life Of Bees

I saw her on Ellen last week, andwas actually suprised by how grounded she was. I'll probably see the movie, though they better be damn careful with casting the Sisters.

I like that a full 1/3 of the authors nominated this month are queer. I'm happy with either Wilde OR Macdonald

    The Tipping Point

I'm about 2/3 of the way through this, it's been my bedside book for about a week now, and I'm actually finding myself quite fascinated. I'm going to buy Blink tommorrow on my lunch break.
