This depends...not knowing your situation... If the story is flowing from you and you are being really productive, I would wait until the story was complete. Sure there are probably several errors and things that would make more sense if done differently, but for now, your job is to put words...

I really enjoyed this book. To me, King's best ability is to make the anxiety level of the reader as high as possible...and Misery does not disappoint.
