Absolutely! I've been saying for years that, instead of auditions, they should be throwing men into tiger pits and only give them the job if they can kill their way out using only their own teeth and nails as weapons.
My friend runs an acting school where the morning lessons for the chaps...
Or 'one deeply disturbed woman wrote a book that appeals to pubescent girls who are too inexperienced to understand yet that stalking, obsession and control does not equal love, so some other people made a film out of it knowing that those girls would pay a bundle of cash to see it and then one...
Stop being so mean. Surely we can help a soul in distress with their homework?
A Room with a View - Jane Austen fights against a corrupt government and is locked away in a mental asylum. Eventually her lawyer, Atticus Finch, is able to prove that she was framed by his neighbour, Edward...

You're the first person to agree with me. I've not read the Bliss book, but since The Sparrow I might stick to Pigs in Space and give the priests a wide berth.
I didn't like it but lots of people did. They did stupid things that people just wouldn't do and that annoyed me, but when I've discussed the book with other people they didn't much notice it.
The alien society is (obviously) very different to the way we live here, and certain aspects were...
