I used to take public transit before I got my car, but I very rarely read on the bus. For one thing, people in my city are very weird so I like to keep focused on them. Also I'm still not used to the city's layout, so I liked to pay attention to my surroundings to make sure I didn't get lost!
I don't wear perfume often because of my overly sensitive skin. But when I do chance it, I love to wear Femme by Hugo Boss. Or if the mood is just right, a little bit of Opium by YSL is divine!
Well this is by no means a beautiful book, but Death on the Ice by Cassie Brown is worth a read. It's a true story - off the coast on Newfoundland in 1914. A group of seal hunters are trapped and have to face the harsh climate.
This book might make you enjoy LA winters!
I love these books too! Douglas Adams is so imaginative and just so funny! I bought the Dirk Gently books a few months ago, but I still haven't gotten around to reading them yet.

Reading only one genre is like eating your favourite meal every day. It might be tasty and nutritious, but it loses its sense of excitement after a while. I love to branch out and read new authours and new genres all the time. It keeps things interesting.
