Are you referring to horror movies in general? Or just The Human Centipede? In the latter case, I was surprised such a movie was even made. Apparently it's not nearly as extreme or gross as the summary would have you believe.

Avoid the link if you're unfamiliar with both the novels and TV show. As someone who did read the books, I was only wondering when that moment would be included.
I used to hope paranormal-themed novels would become really popular. This was long before Twilight and its ilk dominated the bestseller lists. Come to think of it, I'm not sure I was even familiar with the idea of paranormal romance. I guess Anne Rice's work could fit under that label, but...

So even though the theater plays "no texting" ads before a film, she still didn't know not to text or use her cell phone? Right. The best part of this video is how they transcribed her mispronunciations.
I was skeptical about this version until watching the first movie (supposedly the best of the trilogy). Noomi Rapace was a flawless Lisbeth, but the film was a disappointment.

This . . . actually looks awesome, although I still have doubts about Rooney Mara's Lisbeth. For what it's worth, that is Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs performing The Immigrant Song.
Dolly Dearest. A doll is possessed by a vengeful spirit (or something) and kills people. Any of this sound familiar to you? Not surprisingly, it sucked.
I'd probably be annoyed if I were a diehard LOTR fanatic. Since the books bore me to tears, any deviations from the source material really don't bother me.
