Angels Flight is a very good read and I think you'll enjoy it.

I agree with you that this isn't Connelly's best work. It seems to me like he is setting something up for the future. It wasn't really a mystery but read more like a thriller. I still love all his books and I'm looking forward to "The Drop" next month.

Transformers 3 was awful. I also saw Thor which is okay but my favorite is Fast Five.

Child, Lee - Killing Floor Connelly, Michael - The Poet Connelly, Michael - The Lincoln Lawyer Gerritsen, Tess – Gravity Lee, Harper - To Kill a Mockingbird I've read these and have to say they are all very good.

I'm curious about this one. Last I heard they were making a movie out of this book.

Limitless - Entertaining movie for sure and would be cool if they had something like that 7/10

It's funny you mentioned Gollum because the guy that play Gollum was the same one that played the main ape in Planet of the Apes.

I picked up John Verdon's "Think of a Numb3r"

I finished this a month ago. I thought it was alright though the book read more like a movie script. It had the World of the Wars feeling too it. I think they had too many characters so the character development was really lacking. I would say 3 stars on my rating.

Haven't found much time to read Without Fail by Lee Child but so far I'm 50 pages into it and I've had for a week now.

I've been reading nothing but Lee Child. I'm up to number 5 in the Jack Reacher series.

Are you referring to Cold Eyes? I read that and thought it was pretty good. Really underrated book.
