thank you for the suggestion but i am in the US. i was referring to the most recent episode of 24. but i won't say in case some of you haven't seen it yet.
well when it is said in the introduction that there is no possible why you can finish and understand this book how can you. joyce said himself that he made this book his life work to be an engima, to be something to discuss for eternity.
i read by the light of the moon and i tried to read odd thomas. it's just the fact that he has to compare EVERYTHING to describe something. i think we can make sense of it without comparing it to darth vader.

we just read it in our lit class. it was amazing. the fact that, that book started the women's sufferage movement, is amazing. such a bleak ending. it was wonderful.
The Fourth Hand by John Irving was a romantic-comedy. It's about this tv reporter who loses his hand in a lion's mouth. His story is broadcast everywhere because he was reporting a story when it happened. So this woman decides that her hubsand should give him his hand, a hand-transplant. Though...
yes i am arrogant. i read a lot. everything except for nonfiction(real life is just not interesting enough). but seriously i hope this is a wonderful forum in which there will be replies and i'll be able to find some new stuff to read. I also have seen quite a few movies, so talk to me about...
This book was cool. it's called peeps by scott westerfeld. it's about this parasite that infects people and turns them vampire-like. it is amazing. has anyone read it?
