The play involves the myth of Narcissus and Echo.
It's a dramatic...
Ayn Rand's Anthem is now a play! It will be performed in NYC for 10 weeks, this is the first I have heard of this stage adaptation of her novella, but here is the website:

I just started looking into the apps, even though I have had my Kindle Fire HD since the first day they came out, but I found a great one that is free, it's called InkPad Notepad.
Let's you take notes, auto-saves it, stores it, and you can share it like sending the note to an email address...
Just wanted to note about what I said about discussion elsewhere on this same topic. It's long, can be found here:

I am an abolitionist, not a reformationist, in regards to public education:
The ARC Speaker Series: The Separation of School and State - The Ayn Rand Center for Individual Rights
The New Abolitionism: Why Education Emancipation is the Moral Imperative of our Time - The Objective Standard...
Part 2
You state that as if this is some kind of argument against their decision.
Before I mentioned Juror #3, Jennifer Ford, well, he mentions her again here, everyone I recommend listening to her interview about the trial, then you might be able to see, as I do, just how INSULTING he is...
Before I begin, I would like to preface my review with a very important quote by the Ayn Rand Institute on Ayn Rand in regards to capital punishment, as my review is about a Capital Case, State of Florida v. Casey Anthony:
“She thought it was morally just, but legally dangerous—because of the...
Further thoughts:
The tramp speaks to Dagny in regards to Galt: “We began to think of him whenever we saw another collapse in the world” “I’d like to think that I am wrong” “that there’s no conscious intention and no avenger behind the ending of the human race.”
Galt in speaking with Dagny...
More of my thoughts on this:
To me, instead of standing up that night at the meeting and teaching them a lesson, he set out to really teach them a lesson.
To me, instead of Galt killing, he found a creative way to get them to die.
He clearly wanted to bring death and destruction...
For those that read Atlas Shrugged,
In Galts speech, he specifically speaks at one point to "those who desire to live" (stating on p.1166)
"withdraw your sanction"
"go on strike - in the manner I did" and "let them drown; your sanction is their only life belt."
and
"when the advocates of...
When I have time, I listen to Leonard Peikoff podcasts. He fields questions people have on Objectivism and Ayn Rand.
Peikoff
Ones I loved were these ones that were done about the play I flew to Hollywood to see years ago, I met the director, Linda Cordair and Quent Cordair as well. Linda is...
I fail to see any humor at all in it, certainly not enough to roll on the floor laughing about it. What is so funny to you to about this?
Were you at all able to hear anything he said, or allegedly was yelling about? Or what others said or did there?
Therion' s newest Les Fleurs du Mal:
Therion-Les Fleurs Du Mal Full Album (HD Audio) (2012) - YouTube
Bought it immediately after hearing some of that YouTube.
If you are into historical fiction, I highly recommend to you The Sparrowhawk series by Ed Cline:
Sparrowhawk Book One: Jack Frake: Edward Cline: 9781931561006: Amazon.com: Books
And for book in general anything by Ayn Rand, such as, Atlas Shrugged, We The Living, Anthem, The Fountainhead
Her book We The Living deals with communist Russia, and you can see the effect it has on the characters within it. My favorite main female characters of Rands is Kira Argounova, who is in it.
Are you planing to read more of her writing? Like Atlas Shrugged, The Fountainhead, or any of her...
