NO point reading more than 1 by any author

Sorry, I don't agree. This same logic can be applied to entire genres, so if you've read Frank Herbert, you never need to read Orson Scott Card, or Asimov, or any other in the genre. Likewise mysteries, or horror, etc. The importance of a variety of books isn't whether or not there is...

    Which magazines do you read?

Naw. I'm on the computer for a LIVING. I like to spend my free time with tactile things, like books and print magazines. It's why I don't buy e-books. Maybe someday, but right now, my eyes get tired looking at the screen for too long. Cathy

Sort of like the Necronomicon in H.P. Lovecraft lore? (Although I think that someone actually published one by that name once. But I don't know what it was about.) Couldn't get the site to open. Kept getting 404s Cathy

For everyone, for anyone, for someone...

"Evil" is subjective. We humans apply it to actions instead of internal struggle. But how do you explain a child in a comfortable home, with loving parents, with no previous psychological trauma viciously killing a classmate or a stranger for no reason? It's one thing to say that children...

    Anyone a fan of anime?

I seem to have a somewhat perverse attraction to those impossibly big-eyed people in Japanese anime. So far, I only like a few well enough to watch them in Japanese with subtitles (Yu-Gi-Oh! and YuYu Hakusho), but I pick up Shonen Jump every month to get a fix. I found in the "English"...
