    i'm drunk

So, which day of the week is your AA meeting, and do you go separately, or together?

What are you listening to Right now?

    You *cough* bought it?

What are you listening to Right now?

Bad Day? Daniel Powter? That song is so incredibly overplayed in my neck of the woods that it makes me physically ill now. I really liked it at first, but radio killed it for me. I'm listening to The Kaiser Chiefs, which appear to be even better than The Killers. Fave song, sofar: I Predict A...

    Genre Fiction: The Great Debate

Tha's probably more due to the time. You know, I'd never thought of bookstores in that way, and that they might be a heck of a lot more interesting without all the separate cubicles for all the different genres. In the bookstore I go to most often, thre is one large section called...

    Genre Fiction: The Great Debate

Again we agree, Stewart. Scary, really.

Could very well be - I seem to remember Wikipedia saying '07, but it's been a while since I read it.

    Someone tell me this.

How is that true? If someone doesn't want to write a four paragraph post ona book they liked, they can't read? Explain that to me. Oh, and I am the w1nz0r.

    Someone tell me this.

So, you expect a critical essay whenever a person wants to say they like a book or author?

I must say, I haven't looked for it. Not even too sure if I'll like Dogville, with its offbeat approach to filmmaking.

That about sums up what I knew, yes. I also know that the second film in the trilogy is Manderly, which is (or will be) released this year, and the third film (Wasington?) will be released in 2007. All three are called the USA - Land of Opportunities-trilogy.

Taping it, but I know some details - the set is simply chalk lines on the floor?

What is it then, besides odd?

    dogme95

So, Dogville, which I'm taping right now, also, is also a Dogme film? Isn't Nicole Kidman way too high-profile for a Dogme film?

What are you listening to Right now?

We agree! Eek! Let me remedy that by saying that I'm really enjoying The Kaiser Chiefs right now. However, I will take you up on Antony & the Johnsons.

    Reading in a Foreign Language

I simply want to read a book in the language it was originally published in, which limits my choices to Dutch and English. Though, the bulk of my reading material is English, both for my education, and as a personal preference.

    Speak your mind.

I'm not taking notice, I just don't want it happening there - I want the discussion, that arose in the early pages of that thread, to continue. That thread isn't about Stewart and myself. It's about the community.

    Speak your mind.

My efforts to improve this forum (in my opinion) has resulted in me taking quite some shit over in the other thread, and, to be honest, I really don't care. What I do care about is that the thread, which was going places before it got nasty, is being derailed by this nonsense. So, if you have...

True, the last page and a half was spam.
