    The Mist

Yes, but the majority of King's stories do not translate well on screen. For it is not grounded on reality, rather on supernatural corniness.

    The Mist

But the ending better not be crap like the short story...

    The Mist

Guess what's coming out? Stephen King's short story adaptation, the Mist. Finally, something to look forward too.

    Being SCARED by a book

The Jaunt is whack. King should stay far, far away from sci-fi.

Did she die or live? That's all I want to know.

J.K. Rowling set to write "crime" novel

Fueled fantasy, not literature. Literature is dead (in this era). Give a kid a classic novel, and they'll burn it on the spot, calling it heresy.

    Being SCARED by a book

    So true. That was crap.

    Being SCARED by a book

All his best stories are in Night Shift; how many times do I have to tell you? Read "The Last Rung on the Ladder." Probably the only true literature fiction King has ever written.

    Being SCARED by a book

Only story worth mentioning is "The Raft." Nothing else. Now, that is pure King.

    Being SCARED by a book

Yes. Stephen King is good in short stories, but shitty in novels and twist endings. Night Shift is even better than Skeleton Crew. Skeleton Crew has too many fillers.
