Out of the Chronicles, I've read Interview With The Vampire, Queen of the Damned, Vampire Lestat, The Tale of the Body Thief and Memnoch.
Out of all of them, I would have to say that Body Thief is among my favourites, or so I remember (I've only read them all once so far, and my memory is...
I've just finished A Long Way Down and I would like to say that it is definitely worth a read. Hornby confronts the different factors that drive people to contemplate suicide, and then events that can make them change their mind.
Four very different characters, with each of them getting to...
Books I've read so far this year (that's just how recent I'll get):
1. Scar Tissue ~ Anthony Kiedis
2. Chocolat ~ Joanne Harris
3. Wolves Of The Calla ~ Stephen King
4. Abarat ~ Clive Barker
5. Last Chance Saloon ~ Marian Keyes
6. Only Human ~ Tom Holt
7. The Catcher In The Rye ~ J. D...

As for Japan, along with Memoirs of a Geisha I...
I am listing all the books I have read, starting from the beginning of 2005 (not long I know). So far I have read about 40 books. I really should have started a list before, it's quite interesting to see what I have read.
I have just finished reading The Noodle Maker by Ma Jian. It contained stories of what life is like for people living in China (written 10 years ago) and was quite darkly funny.
