I LOVE Firefly/Serenity, and honestly feel it's his best work.
I also love Angel, but am not really that big with Buffy. Dollhouse looks great, can't wait to see it.
That second book would be "Who P-P-Plugged Roger Rabbit".
It's not really a sequel though, it's story that's a bit of a mixture of the book and movie from what I understand...but doesn't act as a sequel to either of them (although, the cover for it uses the movie's designs).
I ordered...
"Who Censored Roger Rabbit?"-Anyone read it? *possible future posts with spoilers*
I absolutely LOVE the movie "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?", so when I learned it was based off of a book (and then read up on said book) I knew I had to get my hands on it.
I ordered a used copy a couple of nights...
I feel bad for her that someone betrayed her like that and leaked the new story. I hope she does finish it and release it though, the draft on her websight (what I've read of it anyway) was pretty good. It was loads more interesting than Twilight was...
Nah, I ended up skipping it. I'd rather wait for it to air on tv.
I did finish reading New Moon, thought it was much more interesting than Twilight was. A lot easier to get into...
Although, I wanted to slap Bella quite a few times! She's such a stupid and selfish character (at least...
My favorites of his are: The Shining, Salem's Lot, Pet Cemetery, and Misery.
Anyone here read it?
I've seen most of the mini-series/movie, but have never read the book.
The book is kinda slow-paced from what I remember (I read it a few years ago in high school), but was still a good read regardless.
It must be nice have a work at home job, what do you do?
I think I will watch the movie after all (I'm hoping that if I go later at night that the screaming tween fangirls won't be so bad).
After all, I did like the book (I might even consider buying my own copy of it someday, the paperback editions seem suprisingly cheap).
I've never been a big fan of Alice in Wonderland, but because it's Tim Burton (teaming up with Johnny Depp, which is ALWAYS fantastic)...I'll give it a chance.
I don't see anything wrong with Burton picking Depp to be in this movie (he's not going to be a lead, just a side character). They...
To be honest...I skimmed through or totally skipped over the Jondalar parts of "The Valley of the Horses" because I found them (or should I say...him) so boring. I loved the Ayla parts though, and liked the rest of the book once the two meet face to face (even though his character greatly...
I just finished reading Twilight, and am kinda neutral on it.
I started reading it a month or two ago when my co-worker let me borrow her copies of the first two books. I had made it 10 chapters in, all of which I found to be very VERY dull, before I gave up and stopped reading it.
I just...
Her first album was called "Let Go" (2002). Her current album, "The Best Damn Thing"(2007), is her third one.
She's got a bunch of great songs (some of which I listed as favorites), but she's got a few crappy songs too ("Complicated" from her first album and "Girlfriend" from her current...
Getting from Point A to Point B.
Many times, when I'm writing a fanfic I have great ideas for the big moments of the story...but often get stuck on how to write the stuff leading up to said moments. AKA, the blasted writer's block often hits me (It's amazing I haven't gotten a concussion yet...
I love the first four books of the Vampire Chronicles (Interview with the Vampire, The Vampire Lestat, The Queen of the Damned, The Tale of the Body Theif), personally think they're magnificent!
I read Memnoch the Devil, but (at the time) I was disappointed with it when I finished it. Now...
