    This forum refers to minimum requirements that don't exist!!!

    I have registered on this forum in order to promote my new book but when I try to create a post with a link to it, it displays an error message that I cannot post it because I don't meet the minimum requirements for this forum. However there is no minimum requirement displayed anywhere on this...
