    I'm looking for an author. I think he was French. Only had 3 books out in mid 2000. All 3 had very flashy foil covers, tall and narrow, about 800 pages. They were spy type action books, I think one was about Panama? I'm sorry, but I read these back then and forgot about him, hoping he wrote...
