I buy lots of books, both hardcover and paperback at our local BJ's warehouse (hardcovers are 40% off). I also go to Barnes and Noble a few times a year. I get books from the library, and I frequent Annie's Book Swap, and oh yes, I belong to the Mystery Book Club, and also buy from Amazon...

I highly recommend Harlan Coben if you haven't already read his books. He has the Myron Bolitar series, and several stand-alone books. His latest is "The Woods" which is on my TBR pile.

Lisa Gardner is an excellent author. I have read all of her books and many that she endorses. Can't wait for her next offering.

I worked at our local Borders for a little over a year in 2000 and loved it, absolutely loved it. I spent all my paycheck on books, however (LOL). It never made me hate books, but it did test my patience with customers sometimes! I would do it again if I could. Maybe Barnes and Noble...
