I think he's lame. Books made for a group of people who can't handle a better, deeper, more complex novel. Hey, why change though, the guy's gonna end up with even more millions then he already has. Am i the only one who doesn't like Tom Hanks as Dr. Langdon?
False Memory by Koontz scared me just at the thought that people could mess with your mind so horribly. The only other book that really got me were two short stories from Stephen King's Night Shift, Jerusalem's Lot and The Boogeyman. Nightshade by John Saul was perrty creepy too!
Bookie, I couldnt find a listing for Masterpiece on either Amazon or Yahoo.
Where did you here about it, I love Koontz and would love to try it.
Its probably something dumb like comitment or something, ya know since he does seem to switch sides so much.
Hey Carnahan, learn some tact and dont be so rude the next time you disagree with someone's opinion.
Labyrinth, refer to the thread I started in the horror catagory I got a lot of good suggestions.
AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG 14 YEAR OLD READERS! I READ THE HELL OUTTA ANYTHING I COULD FIND WHEN I WAS THAT AGE!
Cabinet of Curiosties by Preston and Child
The Stand By King
The Night Shift...
I have not seen star wars too much, it was merely a cross-genre comical reference. I really dont agree about the guranteed loyalty of his freinds outside of Hermione or Ron. Everyone key to the stroy has turned there back on Harry at least once during the course of the books and I...
I'd have to say:
The Boondock Saints
Identity
Black Hawk Down
Saving Private Ryan
American Beauty
The Sixth Sense
Theres probably more but these are the ones off the top of my head which probably matters more anyway.:)
I agree Radcliffe's acting is getting worse per film. Watson did seem like she was working a little to hard in this one, but she did spend most the book either worried or scared, so I kinda overlooked it.
The Dark tower series and Watershp Down were great suggestions. I would also include The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. This one is a little bit different but couldd still work: The Alienist by Caleb Carr it involves lots of charcters working together and meeting interesting folks in 1890's...
Thank you all so much! I really liked Nightshade by Saul and ahve read a few others of his books. I'm gonna search all the authors ya'll suggested.
I do not have a weak stomach and my interest is rather peaked at your suggestion. I've been reading mostly suspense novels and wanna try some more...
