My only Patricia Cornwell novel was Blowfly, which I chose for the fabby title word. Imagine my dismay when the horribly portentous villain They titled it for suckers like me. >:(
For me, part of that was the really specialized references. For example, the first time I saw the TrapperKeeper episode, I was like..trapperkeeper?? That, I think, is part of the "charm" of the show, that it's not one hundred percent obvious WTH they're talking about at all times. They create...
30 Rock, Flight of the Conchords
What is so great about them? The first episodes of 30 Rock I saw, I could not keep my jaw off the floor, thanks to unbelievable cleverness, funny, but stunningly so.
Flight of the Conchords is just, ever so quirksome. With the added bonus of, occasionally...

He helps create very interesting word lists. So does Martin Amis.:)
We out here were a bit weepy too, I must say. There was a bit of spontaneous public joy, even in our little town. Nearly all speechifying was memorable, historical, high road kind of stuff. Very happy. Very happy.
Libra, he is definitely worth seeing. Very professional and claims to love his tours, unlike so many others. It may have been election madness, but the audience was so stoked by much of his reading. Plus he was gorgeous and understatedly elegant which, why not?:)
I always knew he was a fine...
Stewart, thanks for the extra redneck, we can always use one at the polls.
Even though my daddy used to tell us to, "vote early and vote often," I don't like to take that too far by voting absentee or anything. I enjoy showing up at my polling place and saying hi to everyone. It's just more...
