It's been several years since i have been to Seattle, but you can't miss going to Pike Place Market. It's a lot of fun. They also have a great aquarium in Seattle.

The zoo has great aquariums, too. And there's a really good, little bison/buffalo burger place on the way, on Pearl street I think. If you like museums you can get a 3 museum pass that will allow you to visit the glass, art and history museum on the same day, they are all in walking distance of each other. The web site above has a link for more info on that, I think.
