Any advice on marketing a new Texas Hold'em POKER book?

Anyone know of an inexpensive way to market a new poker book?

I know about Google adwords and all that, but how much does it usually cost to get an icon on someone's site or something of that nature?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
