National Geographic-1980s. The cover featured a chocolate statue of liberty with the *artist* holding a pot of chocolate and perhaps sampling it. The article inside was a huge write-up about the Hershey plant in Pennsylvania and featured a big picture of a vat of chocolate.

Any guesses?:cool: :cool: :cool:
 
It might take me a few hours, but there is a good possibility my mother-in-law has it. She has been a subscribers for years and tries to keep them all. Of course her daughter takes after her in being a pac-rat as well. ;)

That issue is my all time favorite. I remember reading it and it has left quite the impression on my memory. I know for a fact that it was between '84-'87 if that helps to narrow it down a bit.
