Supposedly, the Brits provided evidence that they were in Iraqi waters. You'd think the Iranians would take a cue from Saddam's actions and try not to incite an invasion. This definitely won't help their cause either. Why aren't negotiations going on? Where in the world is Jimmy Carter when we need him?
