Bucket list

This movie stars Morgan Freeman and the great Jack Nicholson. In it, two terminal patients pair up to do the things in life that they never had a chance to do. Nicholson's character is a private hospital owner who has more money than he knows what to do with. Freeman's character is a car mechanic who has plenty of family and friends around him and who is the more well-adjusted of the two. I really enjoyed this movie and there was a good dose of humor in it as well, mixed with the more touching scenes. With the baby-boomers getting older, I imagine that we'll see more films like this coming down the tubes. :)

I didn't think that the Bucket List was a good movie. It seemed as though they were trying to portray it as a comedy (commercials said "Laugh out loud funny!" and things of the sort). But it wasn't funny. It had some witty dialogue here and there, but nothing that should constitute it as a comedy. It's slow, pushy, unrealistic and partially boring. Worth a rental, but I wouldn't go see it in the theaters if it's still there.

I should hope we don't have movies like this popping up more often. I'm much more entertained by movies that at least start with low expectations and turn out fulfilling them. At least then you have humor with how terrible the movie is.

My wife and I caught the movie on directv ppv and we both really enjoyed it. Morgan Freeman has a screen presence rarely seen in today's Hollywood and yes, Jack Nickolson was great.

I didn't think the movie was a comedy. It seemed to me to be a drama that was often funny and sometimes touching.

I hope to see move movies like this one come out of Hollywood, too.

I rate this movie :star5:.

It was a great movie. Morgan Freeman together with Jack Nickolson can't go wrong.

Kinda makes you want to make your own list, of things you want to do.
