It's a Christopher Pike, RL Stine type of book (probably from one of those two) I read way back when, about a couple girls living in a dormitory together and weird stuff is happening. I don't remember much about it, except one scene where the one girl who's been terrorized the most finds a ton of worms in her bed and it turns out one of the girls she's living with did it, who got access to the worms because she's a vet tech assistant.
