Thanks ds. I'm just re-reading deTocqueville because I have to teach it next week and I'm a little scared... Still, it should be more exciting than the EU stuff I'm teaching this week. My reading other than that has ground to a halt because I'm trying to finish a chapter, apply for jobs and plan my teaching. Life as a postgrad eh? Not that I'm complaining of course! Have you read anything recently you want to recommend?
 
Nothing as deep as the ones you're doing at present. I'm writing user guides for the call centre system I'm currently implementing for a client at the moment, and let me tell you there is a complete absence of plot on that one. :D

I'm having reasonable good time with a trilogy of one of my favourite authors now, but it's not politics.

There was a phase where I was curious of Hitler and how he rose to power, though...
