MMMMMMMMMM, Coffee coffee coffee coffee coffee coffee coffee coffee. I am having a lonely, boring afternoon and coffee and biscuits is just the thing, thanks! :)

Sounds good! I usually don't have any more coffee after my second morning cup, but hey, if I have trouble sleeping tonite, I'll just stay up and....read!

I've got my usual vanilla latte and I can pass around some of the black forest torte I made last night if anyone wants to partake. :)

Oops! Just realized I'm still in my dressing gown!
(To be fair, it's just after 9 a.m. on the West Coast of the US.

Be back when I'm properly attired.

There are few things that coffee and chocolate cannot compensate for. :)

However, when need some background music for ambience. Do you have any Clifton Chenier, cajunmama? If not, I can throw some Charles Mingus on the CD player.

Yeah, that LA - UK time difference takes some getting used to. And just when you've got it figured out, one of your UK friends heads off to Greece on holiday and you've got to do the math all over again! :)

And for those few things, you can get a dog and a whirlpool tub with three speeds- low, medium, and who-needs-a-man.

I have a CD by the Preservation Hall Jazz Band in the player.

Music sounds good! Yeah, and who needs a man! ... oh, wait

Mmmm... coffee & cookies.

If I were to win the lottery, I think I'd move to some flat, sparsely populated, northern part of this country. Each day I'd wake just before the sunrise and go downstairs for coffee & cookies and a book or the newspaper and watch the sun come up. If I became bored, I'd just head to town and hop a train to whatever city I wanted to visit.

.... back to reality. Damn, I gotta work tomorrow!

I suppose it would help if I actually played the lottery.

For me coffee tastes like dirty water or so. Sorry I tried but my taste buds refused to get used to coffee!!!

Anyway did you ever try milk with Coca Cola for breakfast? I tastes like Pepsi but has some more substance and definitley more coffeine than hot chocolate. :D :D :D
I know that this sounds pretty disturbing but give it a try befor you condemn it!
