Disappearing Posts

Hello,
I recently, say, two weeks ago, sent a private note to Darren regarding two missing posts that I placed in the Writer's Showcase last January. They are gone and I wondered how this had occured, and why.

#1) was "Prologue: Bloodline of the Annunakii" and
#2) was "Foreword: Into the Past-Part One" was the second.

Darren must be on vacation, extremely busy, or still looking for the answer to my question. I do not even want to contemplate that he is ignoring my request, and doubt this is the case.

Still, you have to wonder, and I just realized that they may have gotten deleted when the shift was made to the new website format. Has anyone else had this problem since the change to the new look?

I would have preferred to have gone through private messaging, but heard nothing, and others may have noticed the same phenomena.

Frederick - as far as I can see the posts are still in the Writer's Showcase

In your profile is an option to view all posts made by that particular member. I chose this option and it gave me a list of all the posts that you have made since you joined. You created the thread Prologue:"Bloodline of the Annunakii" on the 20/01/2006, however your thread Foreword: Into the Past wasn't created until 14/04/2006.

If you have problems viewing the threads then please can you let me know and i'll get Darren to have a look into the problem.

Ice: Yes, I have seen the option that you have mentioned, but what concerns me is that the pages where other people can see my posts, too, and perhaps repsond with an opinion, is where they do not seem to be available, at least the last time I searched them out.

You can locate the posts fairly easily by going to the Writer's Showcase section and just having a look through the different pages. They are sorted in date order (by date of last post) and anyone can access it via this method. All of the threads are open, so anyone can reply to them.

I assume you are talking about the "Find all posts by F.M. Thompson" option. I went and checked and found both of those threads there. You can also find them using the "Find all threads started by F.M. Thompson" option. I checked that as well. If you are having a different problem, just bulk PM the moderators. This type of forum tidiness issue is better served that way. I understand that you PMed Darren, but it is better to PM us all.
