Forgotten Book Title

I remember reading a book in high school about a girl that could see ghosts and when her family moved into a new house she had to become room mates with this really attractive ghost boy and ended up having a "crush" on him. It continues on for a few books where she helps a bunch for ghosts. Does this ring any bells for anyone? I want to flip through them again and for the life of me cant seem to find a title anywhere! Can anyone help? Thanks a bunch!
