Gmt +1?

why does it say at the bottom of the forum that all times are in GMT +1 when all times are shown as GMT? dumb ass question - bored.

well i was bored then the boss came in, tried to connect a network printer and killed the mail delivery server! he's charging around the office swearing now!

The +1 is to adjust for local daylight savings time. GMT doesn't change - just keeps tickin' along.
