Just thought I'd wish all you Americans out there a happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy the parade, whatever football game you're watching and trying to pack 3500 calories into one sitting! :D

It's looking like a long day for me. I'm headed home from work in a little while to try to catch an hour or two of sleep before I start cooking again, and there's already an inch of snow on the ground. Anyone else getting a white Thanksgiving this year?

Happy Turkey Day!
(It's T-shirt weather in San Antonio...)

Here's a Thanksgiving quote:
Wait, we can not break bread with you. You have taken the land which is rightfully ours. Years from now my people will be forced to live in mobile homes on reservations. Your people will wear cardigans, and drink highballs. We will sell our bracelets by the road sides, and you will play golf, and eat hot h'ors d'ourves. My people will have pain and degradation. Your people will have stick shifts. The gods of my tribe have spoken. They said do not trust the pilgrims, especially Sarah Miller. And for all of these reasons I have decided to scalp you and burn your village to the ground.

happy thanksgiving! mine was alright. the turkey wasn't as dry as last years =P

I am not a turkey fan for just that reason. This year we brined the turkey and it was amazing. I am no longer a frying advocate, because this was so much better! I've got to say, I have something nice to be thankful today, a family who sent me to bed at noon time and spent the next three hours cooking dinner without me. They woke me up in time to shower and eat. It was so nice.
