Oh, had I but known! And here I was just having a nice plate of sauted Nurseryweb spiders in a rich marinara for dinner! SIGH! Here's a nice Texas-sized one! They get up to 6 inches across, and you find them in the most INTERSTING places.

Yeah, imagine seeing one similar from about six inches away hanging onto the bottom of the garage door while you're opening it! I nearly leapt out of my skin! Although I couldn't find the really icky one that was ACTUALLY on the door. I must have buried the image somewhere (definitely Freudian.)
