For the people who have finished Ulysses, do you think it was worth it?
For those who gave up trying, will you try again?

You know you're old when it seems like the last Bloomsday was just yesterday.

Going to one of those marathon all-day readings of the thing seems like about as much fun as putting your head in a microwave oven and turning it on. Though I have finished Ulysses and I do like it. But I don't get the obsession, frankly.

I've never been to one, but I've always wanted to, just to see what it is like. I enjoyed Ulysses, but like Novella, I don't get the obsession.
