This actually appears to be a site for Conservatives to learn about Anthropogenic Climate Change. It has links to Dr Katherine Hayhoe's (an evangelical Christian Climate Scientist) speech to environmentally minded Republicans (all three of them, I suspect) as well as to Skeptical Science, a site dedicated to squashing mythic Conservative silliness.

What's going on here?

I had a discussion about that with my dad once.

Dad: So the environment is going to hell because cows fart? Didn't cows always fart?
Me: I guess we have a lot more cows now, all bunched together in huge factories and fed on artificial gunk, so when they all fart simultaneously they release a hell of a lot more gas...
Dad: So what are we supposed to do? Stop eating meat?
Me: Or at least eat less of it.
Dad: So what are we supposed to eat?
Me: I dunno, beans?
Dad: But then we'll fart!
