My name is Adrian and i've just finished my debut novel Cloud Kingdom. Cloud kingdom is a fantasy novel which takes place in a fantasy world of floating landscapes and floating islands up in the sky. It’s about a young boy named Hailen which is a farmer for his Granddad, he’s been working there since the day he can remember, he is eleven years old, and is constantly bullied by the other villagers for being poor and muddy. He is also bugged by his own daydreaming of being on a journey and discovering new lands and landscapes.
The surface was once just as beautiful as the skies, but got twisted and turned to evil since the evil dragon Kurai came. Kurai was once sealed thousands of years ago in an enduring battle in an attempt to turn the skies evil and dark but failed. Granddad sense once again that Kurai will break his seal and brings his grandson Hailen on a journey throughout the sky. For the first time Hailen gets to leave his hometown village and will finally discover his true destiny, his past hallow history and the imaginary, beautiful world.
It is aimed for a bit younger audience but can be read by all ages
