Help with an older book.

Hello all,

I have an older book called 'Grandfather's Chair'. I was able to find similar book but this is a hardback in blue which I can not find. There is no copyright that I can find. Has anyone see this book before? I am looking for publish date and value if any.

Author? Nathanial Hawthorne? Judging by the cover this looks like one of the books published in the 1950's.

Your best bet would be to take it or show it to a book dealer.

Hard to say what edition as there have been so many reprints. One result of a BookFinder.com search is published by Altemus 1939 with a "light blue hardcover".
