Hi All
Just stumbled into your little piece of internet world and had a quick look around. I likey...
About Me:
Location: Brisbane, Australia
Sex: Female
Name: Kelly
Age: 26
Occupation: Accountant and business owner
Interests: I race motorcycles and ride socially on the open road also. I love to curl up with a cup of tea and a book at night, and lie on the hammock during the day swinging gently in the breeze and read my book.
I have usually read horror and true crime books, but I am trying to extend my interests and library. I recently made purchases of a few memoirs and biography’s, I am attracted to the darker side of the human physce, and this is evident in books purchased recently.
I have purchased the following during the week:
Million Little Pieces - James Frey
Switching Time - Richard Baer
Just Keep Dancing - Susan Baer
Suicide Junkie - S Westwood
And plan to read them asap.
The next book on my hit list is:
Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance - Robert Pirsig
I read the thread about keeping track of books before starting this post... I seem to have a bigger obsession then writing them down... I keep them. The walls of my home are lined with bookcase after bookcase. I surround myself in them and sometimes just sit and stare at the spines poking out of their hardwood prison... so many words, worlds and tales dying to bring my imagination to life.
Well I am off to keep looking through your forum!
