Otherwise known as Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

Now, I'm not a very big Harry Potter fan - I've read none of the books, and all three films released up until now were a bit of a disappointment, but the trailer for the Goblet of Fire looks pretty good, actually.

Then again, the trailers for the previous three films didn't look too shabby either, so who knows?

Cheers

You couldn't take pity on those poor souls who have dial up could you

Actually damn - it looks like I don't have quicktime either - and I thought the page took long enough to load!

:p Well we do live far from civilised society (well on a farm) and the powers that be have decided our line isn't good enough for broadband

Now quicktime I can rectify - just give me a few hours to complete the download :D

Too bad, because it's the bestest bestest trailer I have ever seen.

No, honestly.

Cheers

The dragon looks more impressive than I thought it would though I'm not sure about the mermaids.

If one of the close ups in the trailers were of the Russian/Belarussian dude then he's probably not much like he is described in the book. If I remember correctly he was supposed to look rather homely.

i'm excited about it. the 3rd movie was a disappointment to me as they left out the entire voldemort storyline, which to me is a huge part of the book and the series.

I thought the third one was the best one - it finally got rid of that Chris Columbus sentimentality.

But then, I've never read the books.

Cheers

true it was better in that it was darker, and the books become progressively darker as harry ages. i couldn't stop crying at the end of the goblet of fire.
i don't like to recommend the books. there is so much hype and i often think that adults forget they are children's or young adult reading. they go in with so much expectation. i love them because i would have loved them as a kid.
