I know a guy who fell out of a deer blind and broke several important bones in various limbs. I don't know if he was alone or not.

My cousin was a volunteer ems tech when he lived here, and had to pull a shotgun out from under a close friend who'd had an accident. Al was upset enough, but he about lost it when he found out the gun was still loaded. The friend survived anyway.
