I can't sleep

This a pointless topic but I can't sleep :( Anyone else get this problem? If so what do you do when you can't sleep? I normally go on the computer and browse forums or if I can't have access to the computer I read. It bugs me when I can't sleep lol. Though tonight I was texting my ex-boyfriend. His so funny, he still has feelings for me ;) I'm so lovable, isn't that right SillyWabbit? ;) Don't worry, I love you my floppy eared wabbit babe!

How is everyone? I havn't come on here as much since I have been really busy.

I watched that Harry Potter movie on Monday, it was really good!

Try lying in bed with your eyes closed instead of staring at a monitor - they say it actually works.

Ahhh .. too bad Mile isn't here - he'd talk you to sleep in under 30 seconds!

You shouldn't use your PC if you're trying to get to sleep. You shouldn't watch TV either. Nor jog. All those things will just wake you up. Try sitting in a quiet room and read a book until you feel sleepy and then try again. If you still don't feel yourself falling asleep get up and try reading some more. But don't stay lying in bed if you can't sleep, get up and do something else. You could try some very gentle exercise, just gentle stretching or something. But nothing too invigorating.

Breathing and relaxation exercises work well. Breathe in and out slowly and regularly and at the same time slowly tense and relax each muscle in your body in turn.

Or, as Enema says, you could try having a wank.

It's weird - Wabbit makes one innocent spelling mistake, and he is dubbed the oversexed maniac, while, three posts down, both Warm Enema and Litany encourage 'a session of self-love'.

Riiight.

Don't worry, Wabbit, I'll defend you!

Cheers, Martin
