I have compiled a pdf version but pondering
whether to have it publish pyshically!

How much to really price it. I am doing some
testing online with the pdf version and the price
ranges from USD 10-15.

Anyway once the pdf version hit a certain sales
target I will publish it.

Anyone here ever written and published a book
before?

Book price, as you may or may not know, is dertermined by the print size, number of pages, number of words, etc. More information is needed. Provide detail and I'll come up with an estimated price for you.

I would definitely change the title though.
