I'm a university student in Thailand and now I'm doing a research about how can online dicussion on literature benefit adolescents' literature learning.
So I need your help to answer these questions concerning your participation in a forum.

First, I'd like to know how long has the forum been found?

Personal Question:

1. Name used in the forum.

2. Age(if possible)

2. Frequency of visiting the forum.

3. Most visited sub-forum.

2. Frequency of posting your comment.

3. Frequency of posting a thread. (And what kind of thread you oftenly post?)

4. How often do you type your comment in word processor before pasting it in here?

5. In what kind of situation will you use emoticons?

6. What advantages do you think you had gained from joining a literature forum?

:) Thanks in advance for your kindness. :)

First, I'd like to know how long has the forum been found? I'm not quite sure what you mean by this question. If you mean how long have I known about this forum, it's been about a week. A friend told me about it.

Personal Question:

1. Name used in the forum. ValkyrieRaven88. I wanted to be ValkyrieRavenfeather but it was too long. It refers to my mixed (Norwegian and Native American) heritage.

2. Age(if possible) I'm 17.

2. Frequency of visiting the forum. I have a lot since I joined because I've been sick and have nothing else to do. I'll probably visit quite frequently in the future, though.

3. Most visited sub-forum. The Sci-Fi/Fantasy sub-forum, but I haven't posted much there.

2. Frequency of posting your comment. Basically whenever I feel I have something to add or think I can help someone. I guess I've posted 30-something times.

3. Frequency of posting a thread. (And what kind of thread you oftenly post?) I've posted two threads. One was to introduce myself, the other was to ask if anyone could reccommend good vampire novels.

4. How often do you type your comment in word processor before pasting it in here? I haven't done that on this forum, but I did that on another forum I belong to a lot.

5. In what kind of situation will you use emoticons? Actually, I'm too lazy to use emoticons...probably I'd use them when I wanted to place emphasis on a statement I made.

6. What advantages do you think you had gained from joining a literature forum? I have an oppurtunity to talk to other book lovers, and I can find reliable opinions on different authors and novels.

Boy, have you come to the right forum!. We have more young 'uns here than the old lady in the shoe who had so many of 'em, she didn't know what to do.:D Should be interesting to see what the results are.
