I'm sure you've heard this all before...

I too found this site by accident...and...for some reason, think I'm going to be sticking around. I don't ever use the Favorites button, partly, because I never bookmark anything, but it seemed almost gut reaction. I just finished Bridge to Terabithia, and I figured I would follow Leslie's advice, and keep my mind wide open, and I'll be doing just that.

I read when I should be getting work done, and think about reading when I'm working. I read books that make me think, not just about myself, but about the world around me. I'm still looking for that life-altering piece of literature, that completely changes my outlook.

Maybe that's why I'm here...
 
Doesn't make any difference how many times we've heard it--welcome to the forum. Be nifty! Enjoy the niftiness that surrounds you. Yay!

Welcome to the forum!. Be sure and contribute to the "you know you're addicted to reading when" thread.:D As for the complete life-altering, paradigm shifting novel of your life, check out anything by Dostoyevsky. :cool:
