I don't think there is one. There was a topic I glanced at the other day in the suggestions area about getting a chat room and people felt that it was unnecessary or might take away from the board itself.

It's been suggested several times over the years, but we simply don't see the purpose such a chat would serve. Just see the forum as a very slow and mellow chat.

Besides, it eats up bandwidth.

Remember, some people make clear their MSN messenger address so you can add a bunch of people to that and start a group conversation if you really want.

OR there is ICQ if you want to have a group chat

Another option is to go into "yahoo chat" and create a room. Invite everybody that you want to talk with into that room.

That's another really good reason why there is no need for a chat room. The Internet is the most powerful communication talk on the planet. If you really want to talk to anybody here on the forum there are probably thousand ways you can do it.
