Jonathan Coe: The Rotters' Club

Hello everyone,
This is my first post here. Since I'm about to finish Jonathan Coe's 'The Rotters' Club' I thought I'd ask what others thought of it?
I loved it, I'm really sad to be finishing it, although I hear there is a sequel but it's not as good.

There was a BBC adaptation last year, but it hasn't been repeated or released on DVD.

Next up I'm torn between Anthony Holden's biography of Mozart's librettist Lorenzo da Ponte 'The Man Who Wrote Mozart', the sequel to 'The Rotters' Club', and something else entirely. Decisions, decisions.
